Include the email address on your TrackFund account, the device you are using, and a short description of the issue. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, or full payment details in support messages.

Account deletion

You can close your account from the TrackFund mobile app in the profile area. If you cannot access your account, contact support from the email address associated with the account and ask for account deletion assistance.
